With a clear focus on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, the role is responsible for developing and maintaining TA marketing and employer branding for Hungary. Maintain EPAM’s brand awareness and grow brand affinity by creating innovative ways to attract prospective and existing employees.

Drive communications with a special focus on event management. The person will work closely with the CEE Employer Branding teams, EMEA HR teams and the global Talent Marketing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Enhance EPAM’s employer branding in alignment with the company’s core values, while also considering local characteristics
  • Act as our “Event Ninja”, orchestrating EPAM Hungary’s public and internal events, including conferences, competitions, and hackathons, particularly in Budapest. These range from small meetups of 20 participants to large-scale company-wide events and parties sometimes reaching over 1000 attendees. You should also be skilled in managing online webinars
  • Foster and engage with EPAM’s work and non-work communities in a manner that consolidates and nurtures relationships with members. Act as the liaison between global and local Hungarian communities, aiding them with best practices, fresh ideas, and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to internal communications through the creation of compelling content for the EPAM community, aligning with the company’s communications approach. This includes newsletters, social engagement posts, articles, videos and more
  • Participate in global EPAM working groups across various areas such as internal communication, community engagement, talent acquisition marketing, etc
  • Oversee and coordinate our CSR/ESG activities, transforming them into positive market messages
  • Understand the business objectives to effectively track, measure, and report on employer branding and talent acquisition marketing activities, events and budgets

What You Have

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Capable of managing budgets and financial planning
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet
  • Detail-oriented and strong time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills to work with vendors and suppliers
  • Adaptability and flexibility in quickly changing environments
  • Solid knowledge of photo and video editing tools
  • Understanding of the IT-industry and ability to turn a set of technical terms into mass communication
  • Openness, creative skills, and ability to think out of the box
  • Native Hungarian
  • High Level of written and spoken English
