We are looking for

Energy Manager / Carbon Specialist (m/f/d) GHG/PCF accounting

at one of our locations in Hungary, in Turkey – remote type of work.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate decarbonization program globally to achieve Net Zero Goals according to legal, shareholder and customer requirement
• Investigate energy optimization and emission reduction programs, and guide and provide support to countries for energy optimization, GHG/PCF accounting and carbon management which will also help us achieve cost reduction
• Perform internal energy efficiency and GHG verification audits in our Global entities and prepare audit reports
• Conduct global climate risk assessment together with the plant and sustainability team
• Provide support for the preparation of annual CDP Climate Change Report and our Global entities for the controls of compiled data requested by the customers
• Support implementation of EU CSRD and EU SCDD requirements

Your Profile:

• University degree in engineering (energy, environment, mechanical, industrial, electrical, etc.)
• Minimum 6-8 years of working experience, perferably in operations or production area of automotive industry
• Experience in implementing energy efficiency and optimization projects
• Familiar with EU directives and international standards related to climate change, GHG, PCF accounting and energy management systems (must have: ISO 50001, ISO 14064-1; preferably: ISO 14040, ISO 14067, GHG protocol, etc.)
• Business fluent English language
• Flexible for travel (max. 25%)
