About The Role
Working within our Consumer Healthcare sales team, you will be responsible for managing and profitably growing Pure Play eCommerce accounts, including the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
With responsibility for Amazon UK, there is huge scope in high growth categories to set the strategic direction over the next 1-2 years to ensure our eCommerce keeps pace with shopper trends, enabling us to achieve our overall business objectives. You will also support the Channel Controller in aligning our range & promotional strategy across all PurePlay eCommerce customers and identifying further opportunities for growth within the eCommerce channel.
On a Day-to-day Basis You Will Be Responsible For
- Effective representation of T&R brands across all eCommerce platforms, with primary focus on Amazon.
- Delivery of Net Sales and Profit targets across all eCommerce Pure Play customers.
- Promotional implementation and analysis across platforms.
- Analysis of internal and external performance data.
- Managing availability with Supply Team through accurate forecasting process.
- Management of marketing campaigns, including post-campaign analysis.

- A proven track record of working successfully with Amazon ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Negotiation experience with large complex customers.
- Full P&L management experience.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to efficiently analyse data and use multiple data sources e.g. Brand Analytics, EPOS, Beet Insights.
- Strong understanding of the online shopper, the online path to purchase, and levers to drive online sales.
- Well developed stakeholder management skills to work effectively with Marketing colleagues to ensure eCommerce platforms align with our broader marketing activity and brand objectives.
