Role Overview:

As a Duty Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our partner’s thriving grocery convenience store. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the store’s seamless and efficient functioning while providing unparalleled customer service. Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations, including team management, inventory oversight, and customer service. Inspire and propel a team of committed employees towards achieving performance objectives and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to sustain elevated standards in-store presentation, safety, and cleanliness. Handle stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising strategies to optimize sales and minimize waste. Collaborate with upper management to identify enhancement opportunities and contribute to the overall prosperity of the store.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a comparable role within the retail or grocery domain is highly advantageous. Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team administration. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Aptitude for problem-solving and making well-informed decisions in high-pressure situations. Passion for delivering unparalleled customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts, encompassing evenings and weekends.
