How does ivee work?
- Sisters Amelia and Lydia were inspired to build ivee after watching one of their parents struggle to return to work. They set out on a mission to address the unjust penalties faced by parents for taking career breaks – penalties that often halt their professional journeys altogether.
- Through ivee, you can gain access to a like-minded community of returners and connect with those on a similar journey through webinars and events (coffee mornings, wine tastings and more!). Plus, you’ll find guides, templates and resources to help you on your return-to-work journey.
- And of course, you’ll have access to our jobs marketplace, designed specifically for returners! We ensure every role on ivee can genuinely offer flexible working arrangements and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
The roles:
At ivee, you’ll be introduced to a mix of customer service roles, including (but not limited to!):
- Customer Service Manager: This role is crucial for overseeing the operations of a customer service team, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction. It involves strategic planning, team management, and process optimisation, setting the stage for advanced leadership roles in customer service and operations management.
- Client Relations Specialist: Focused on maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients through proactive communication and problem-solving, this role is essential for those dedicated to delivering outstanding client support and retaining business. It provides a path to senior roles in client relationship management and strategic client services.
- Customer Support Analyst: This role involves analysing customer feedback and support interactions to improve service quality and efficiency. It is key for those interested in leveraging data to enhance customer experience strategies, leading to opportunities in customer experience management and operational analytics.
- Customer Experience Coordinator: Centred on creating and implementing strategies to enhance overall customer experience, this role coordinates cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent and positive interactions across all customer touchpoints. It’s ideal for those aiming to specialise in customer journey mapping and experience optimisation.

What types of flexibility are offered on ivee?
- Hybrid: A blend of remote and in-office work, allowing employees to choose where they work best.Compressed Hours: Employees work the same total hours but in fewer days, such as a four-day workweek.
- Flexitime: Flexible start and end times, giving employees control over their work schedules.
- 4-Day Week: Employees work four days a week instead of five, offering an extra day off while maintaining full-time status.
- Job Sharing: Two or more employees share the responsibilities and hours of a single full-time position, providing greater flexibility for all parties involved.
