We are currently looking for an Cards Operational Specialist ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

  • Support operational activities related to issuing and acquiring transactions
  • Oversight and support issuing and acquiring processes daily
  • Process, settle and reconcile transactions
  • Process transactions claims (also chargebacks) for both: issuer and acquirer
  • Report on schemes
  • Monitor accounts activity and accounts reconciliation
  • Support implement and oversight card payment scheme
  • Help in implementation and development of a back-office Product/Card management system

Skills you should have:

  • Min 1 years of experience in a Financial Institution (preferred in acquiring, chargeback processing) / Fin-tech company / other tech companies
  • Understanding of card payment products (transactional banking / issuing / acquiring)
  • Ability to create and explain business requirements / processes as well as assess implemented functionalities
  • English – min. B2 level
  • A university degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Google suite
