Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Transformation Consultant with a strong background in social housing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the social housing sector and demonstrate expertise in driving transformative initiatives that enhance operational efficiencies, improve service delivery, and foster sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven track record of successfully leading change in complex environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage business transformation projects within the social housing sector, from initiation to implementation.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, systems, and structures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to streamline operations, optimize resource utilization, and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in social housing management and support the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to engage and empower staff throughout the transformation process.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Housing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business transformation, with a significant focus on social housing.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering transformation projects in the social housing sector.
  • Strong understanding of social housing policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the social housing sector.
  • Knowledge of relevant software and technologies used in social housing management.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an asset.
