Business Analyst – pharmaceutical industry

By implementing the projects of Sii’s key, long-standing client, you will get the chance to develop in the field of R&D, clinical trials, and global services. You will work based on Agile methodologies, using modern tools and technologies.

Your role

• Collaborating with business units to understand their content management needs
• Facilitating the metrics harmonization
• Integrating the data into a common and structured database
• Building different solutions to access and visualize the metrics
• Defining and setting the scope of the project, release, and sprint
• Managing and working with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Working on the best possible product quality by collecting requirements, creating use cases, modeling business processes, conducting workshops techniques

Your skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Expert knowledge regarding Business Analysis (areas & techniques)
• Practical knowledge of issues related to the usability of systems/application
• Knowledge of requirements definition techniques (use cases and scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Skills in translating requirements into specifications, ability to use precise technical language, and creating high-quality documentation
• Understanding of the Agile software development processes and principles as well as knowledge of the Scrum framework and roles
• English on at least C1 level
