We are represented all over the world and now we are looking for an Area Sales Manager in Dubai.
About the role
You will play a key role in creating excellent design solutions for our customers, focusing on their needs, while representing the brand and the unique products from Louis Poulsen. You will be responsible for facilitating visits to BtB customers such as Developers, Lighting designers, Architects, and Engineers. In addition, you will focus on creating long-term costumer relationships, maximizing sales and market position within BtB lighting.
The position is a full-time position, and you will be reporting to the Regional Contract Director.
Your responsibilities
- Secure company and individual goals are met.
- Develop and advise/support Louis Poulsen’s existing customers – bring Louis Poulsen in focus!
- Searching for new opportunities in alignment with Corporate BtB Strategy.
- Promote Louis Poulsen products and brand.
- Secure customers are informed about products (existing and new), lighting philosophy, promotion activities, events.
- Planning customer training and events (product introductions/training, social events).
- Follow-up on sales activities.
- Maintenance of CRM system.
- Establishing new customers.
- Participating in relevant fairs (national and international).
- Pipeline Management.
- Business Development.
- Outdoor and Indoor projects.
- Geographical area – Covering GCC.
About you
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who is excited about the challenge and sees this as an opportunity for professional long-term growth. We expect you to have a technical background and minimum 3 years of experience from a similar position where you have established a wide BtB customer network. We prefer candidates who have been working with high-end BtB products.
You will have a mix of these qualities and skills.

- Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good planning skills.
- Analytical.
- Out-going – enjoys to travel and meet customers.
- Fluency in English – both written and verbally.
