You Will:
Facilitate the ceremonies of Scrum (daily scrums, sprint planning, show-and-tell, retrospectives) and ensuring sprint plans and backlogs are reliable, practical, and achievable.
Guide the delivery team and organisation to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
While the Product Owner owns the product backlog, the Scrum Master provides support and advice, facilitating sessions and translating the business backlog into technical delivery terms.
Measure delivery efficiency through managing and recording story points and burndown velocity, making the delivery team’s work predictable and sustainable. Facilitating discussion, and conflict resolution to improve delivery efficiency and team working, especially by overseeing sprint retrospectives and resulting improvement actions
Guide the team on self-organisation and daily planning of responsibilities and roles.
Work with the Product Owner to ensure deliverability of the product Roadmap on Time and above customer expectations, advising on technology best-practice approaches and methods to achieve the outcomes desired by the business.
Manage user story estimation and forecasting.
Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organisation, coaching to higher levels and thus efficiency at a sustainable and comfortable pace.
Ensure that project goals are following our goals, and that they are achieved.
Provide monthly project metrics and ensure agreed indicators are met.
Implement a project communication plan and conduct risk assessment and mitigation
Coach the team to practice Agile principles, promoting Agile standards, tools and best practices.
Coach team on established IT and corporate standards (e.g., security, quality, and architecture) to minimise operational and reputational risk.
Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience)
Experience with Agile development.
Agile Project Management experience.
Agile, Scrum, or project management Certification preferred (e.g. CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe)
