Purpose of Assignment:
The Assembly Unit Reporter is responsible for documenting, organizing, and visually presenting the outputs and achievements of the Assemblies Unit. This role combines advanced data management skills with creative graphic design capabilities to produce clear, structured, and visually engaging reports, infographics, and other products that reflect the unit’s progress and impact. The Reporter ensures that all documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with the unit’s strategic goals, supporting informed decision-making and enhancing the visibility of its work.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Document all outputs and key points from Assembly group meetings in a clear, structured, and timely manner.
- Attend and document the outcomes of any coordination meetings involving the Assembly Unit Coordinator or Unit Manager.
- Coordinate with Assembly Unit members to gather relevant updates and compile comprehensive narrative and visual reports.
- Manage and organize the unit’s digital data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Develop infographics, dashboards, and other visual materials to present key data and achievements.
- Support data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and update documentation tools, templates, and data-tracking systems to enhance efficiency.
- Archive all unit-related documentation systematically for easy retrieval.
- Ensure the unit’s timely and high-quality contribution to any reports requiring the unit’s input by overseeing and following up with relevant stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Propose and implement innovative approaches and tools to improve data visualization and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with relevant officers (e.g., Liaison Officer, AMU Officers) to ensure alignment between reported content and actual activities.
- Produce regular summaries and progress reports (weekly/monthly) highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Organize and archive documentation related to meetings, activities, and communications of the Assembly Unit.
- Support the monitoring of action points and recommendations resulting from meetings.
- Contribute to collecting and documenting success stories or noteworthy outcomes for visibility and learning purposes.
- Ensure that all reports are accessible, well-organized, and shared with relevant stakeholders as needed.
THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required
- Education background university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Media Production, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data management, reporting, and/or graphic design roles.
Languages
- Fluent written and spoken in Arabic
