What this job involves:
The Paid Media Director is responsible for leading and executing paid media strategies to drive business growth and achieve marketing objectives. This role involves developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social media, and programmatic advertising. The Paid Media Director works closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that all paid media efforts are cohesive, targeted, and effectively aligned with the company’s overall marketing and business goals. They are responsible for managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Develop and execute multichannel paid media campaigns to drive business growth and reach target audiences.
- Manage and optimize paid media budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling and effective advertising content.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign results, providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, agencies and third-party vendors.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance operational efficiencies.
Desired or preferred experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or advertising.
Required skills & experience:
- Relevant and demonstrable experience in paid media, in B2B and/or commercial real estate or similar
- Demonstrable experience using data to drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms covering search/social/display/programmatic
- Demonstrable experience with content syndication programs and vendors.
- Proficiency in programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt and TradeDesk.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong analytical skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and in-depth understanding of B2B web metrics and KPIs.
