The World Spirit of the Game Foundation (SotG Global) is a global coalition of employee groups, entrepreneurs, coaches/consultants, university groups, NGOs, and community groups working towards creating a more equal society and a more sustainable way of doing business. The foundation aims to redefine the concept of winning across all areas of society.
It is organized through four pillars:
- Impactful Networks
- Impact Coaching Coalition
- Creative and Efficient NGOs and
- A Global Social Movement.
Through these pillars, we provide training, events, and support to individuals and organizations looking to make a positive social impact, as well as funding our own non-profit initiatives, each of which is designed to provide long term solutions to the root causes of societal dysfunction.

Role Description
- This is a volunteer to start role for City/Cantonal Chairs to help start the Impact Coaching Coalition (ICC) in your city/canton.
- Your core responsibilities:
- Build a small leadership team, in most cities we already have a few others waiting for someone to lead
- Acquaint yourself with the ICC offerings (and if you choose the offering from our Wellness Coaching Coalition)
- Each month for the next 6-8 months we will “bring to market” one of our specific offerings, ranging anywhere from single workshops to long term company programs, currently mostly focused on Corporate and Career Coaching offerings as well as our customize Transition to Impact program for Coaches. In early 2025 we will launch our Global Impact Entrepreneurs Challenge, accompanied by a full suite of start-up, scale-up, and Social Impact Platform expertise for entrepreneurs
- Recruit and lead a team of coaches to open doors by sharing the uniqueness of these offerings with C-Suite & HR leaders. It will likely be up to you and the rest of the leadership team to close the deals, so please don’t apply for this particular position if you aren’t comfortable with that.
We blend the best of Corporate Social Responsibility, Leadership Development, and genuine long term Culture Change by giving companies and individuals access to world leading content, with profits going to fund non-profit initiatives, not making our shareholders richer.
If one of our other City teams is able to refer business to your city, you will be first in line for those clients, and you will even have the option of offering our workshop or programs to your clients in the beta test before it is officially announced to the public, if you wish.
OPTIONAL
You are also welcome to join any of our Global Working Groups which help to develop and refine our core offerings, but this is entirely optional for City/Cantonal CEOs.

The main benefits of joining those Working Groups are:
A) You get to help shape the offering, contributing your intellectual capabilities
B) You get to learn from the other working group members regarding their approach to Impact
C) You won’t need to participate in the Coaching Certification process for that offering
D) You also get free training on any other ICC offering which launches within 3 months of your team’s launch date
(already included for any City CEO who is active more than 5 hours per week)
Qualifications
- Finance and Business Planning skills
- Operations Management and Strategic Planning
- Sales and Networking skills. This includes the ability to close coaching/consulting contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event management and coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team
- Passion for social impact, personal accountability, and healthier company cultures
