The Role

Responsibilities

As a Client Solutions Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust solutions that drive business impact and foster growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and generating significant business impact.
• Solution Development: Develop propositions and create solutions that are easily accessible and tailored to client needs.
• Delivery Management: Partner with the Delivery Leader to ensure successful implementation and overall client satisfaction.
• Talent and Resource Allocation: Facilitate the allocation of the right talent, skills, and offerings to meet client needs and expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 7-10 years of proven success in client management or business development within data-driven marketing, customer experience, analytics, or data services.
• Proactive Attitude: A ‘driver’ gene with a proactive approach to developing high-quality relationships across client organizations.
• Business Development: Ability to collaborate with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Passion for Impact: Enthusiasm for using data, analytics, and technology to drive client results.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership experience with a customer-driven, results-oriented, and collaborative approach.
• Creative and Resourceful: Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and strong executive-level presentation capabilities.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
