The Role:

We have an opportunity for a talented Talent Acquisition professional to join us on a 12-month FTC. You will be responsible for Technical and corporate hiring across Europe, UK, China and US and help to guide, influence and shape hiring decisions with your business areas. You will be part of a small but mighty TA team, who strive to hire top talent into our business every day. You will also have an opportunity to engage and work on wider business projects and initiatives contributing to the business strategy.

Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (12 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and corporate roles (from sourcing to offers).
  • Build solid, strategic relationships with your business areas and act as a consultative partner in building and supporting their teams.
  • Source and attract top candidates across key markets through direct approach, referrals, and leveraging recruitment platforms and social media tools.
  • Ownership of the candidate process, ensuring a positive interaction with Frontiers.
  • Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Develop market expertise and support the creation of hiring strategies for key hiring areas and locations. Supporting business growth, location expansions and growing new agile teams.
  • Provide regular, relevant reporting on resourcing statistics and benchmark progress.
  • Working as part of the wider HR team, contributing to projects and initiatives as required.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing and recruiting technical talent (especially in areas such as Software Engineering and/or Product).
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and driving diverse attraction strategies.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, recruitment platforms, and social media tools (LinkedIn, Glassdoor).
  • Strong customer service orientation with great attention to detail.
  • Focus on results and outcomes.
  • High level of organization, stress-resistance, and ability to manage high volume recruitment.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities, managing recruitment processes across different departments, collaborating with variety of different stakeholders.

We would be very excited if you have:

  • Experience working in an international organization.
  • Experience with managing APAC (China ideally) or US recruitment processes.
