With a remote-first culture and a team of 25 colleagues, this company is on the verge of scaling its B2B SaaS platform. They’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function as the company continues to expand its reach globally.

About the role

As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy, building brand awareness, and driving customer acquisition. You’ll take ownership of all marketing efforts, from paid media and content marketing to partnerships and SEO, while managing a small but talented marketing team of two.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be expected to both strategize and execute. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the product, sales, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with the company’s broader goals.

With ambitious growth targets, the company needs a marketing leader who can confidently drive lead generation, optimize conversion rates, and build a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable impact.

Responsibilities

You will have full ownership over the company’s marketing strategy and execution, with a key focus on accelerating growth. Your day-to-day will involve crafting targeted campaigns across multiple channels, managing the marketing budget, and refining the company’s positioning in the market.

You’ll also work closely with product and sales teams to ensure marketing aligns with the company’s overall goals and resonates with both existing customers and new prospects. As the marketing team is still small, you’ll need to be hands-on, leading by example and supporting your two current team members in content creation, campaign management, and more.

Scaling marketing efforts will be critical, and you’ll be expected to experiment with new channels and strategies to maximize reach, whether through performance marketing, organic growth, or partnerships.

What you’ll bring

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has led marketing teams before and is comfortable owning the entire marketing function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should be ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work yourself when needed, while also having the strategic vision to build a scalable function.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven leadership: 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. Ideally, you’ve worked in a B2B SaaS environment or a similarly high-growth space.
  • Full-funnel marketing: Expertise in managing and optimizing the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, across multiple channels (paid, organic, email, content, SEO, partnerships).
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret marketing data and analytics, adjust strategies, and ensure campaigns are ROI-focused. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar) and CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on execution: You’re comfortable jumping in to create content, manage campaigns, or lead outreach initiatives if needed. With a small team, you’ll be executing alongside your team members, not just delegating.
  • Growth focus: Experience building scalable growth marketing strategies, including paid social, PPC, SEO, and email campaigns, with a proven track record of driving growth in a measurable way.
  • Team building: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to grow the marketing team, while fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
  • Creativity & storytelling: Ability to craft compelling brand narratives and deliver them across all touchpoints, from social media to customer emails, while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall messaging.
  • Collaboration: You’ll be working closely with other teams, especially sales and product, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
