Position: Recruitment Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of recruitment data, including but not limited to applicant tracking system (ATS) data, hiring metrics, and candidate feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement strategies for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
- Support the creation and maintenance of recruitment reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the development and execution of recruitment campaigns and events, both virtual and in-person.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
- Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent management.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
