Description

2 year fixed term contract.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and design of business processes which align with the objectives and goals of a global strategic change project and the longer-term goals for the whole business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process mapping and optimisation.
  • Alignment of existing documentation within teams.
  • Cross functional collaboration to help ensure the overall business strategy is supported.
  • Mapping to be processes (interim and longer term) and challenging stakeholders to think “outside the box” with these.
  • Provide key support to create data alignment between Product Taxonomy and our finance and CRM systems.
  • Support testing of new processes and end to end customer journey.
  • Working with Data and BI team to check customer mapping data and help create processes for providing information for commercial teams.
  • Change Management & Training – assist in the creation and roll out of training materials for new processes and support those delivering the training where required.
  • Help establish metrics for process performance, monitor and refine these processes based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • 2+ years working in a BA role
  • Experience utilising information to build detailed step-by-step process maps across a variety of functional areas
  • Experience utilising process maps and information gathered to create standard operating procedure guides
  • Demonstrable experience in data capture and analysis, process mapping, developing SOPs and training guides, and project management
  • Experience working with multiple data sources
  • Experience working with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Account Management) (desirable)
  • Experience of working with HubSpot and/or Dynamics (desirable)
  • Experience in the schools/education marketplace (desirable)
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately at pace and under pressure
  • Exceptional organisational, prioritising and presentation skills
  • Strong teamworking and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in relevant field (desirable)
