What will your day look like?
- Drive regular HR activities like payroll, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits structure, employee development, etc.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Ensure employee welfare and safety through internal measures.
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, retention, and succession planning.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Maintains compliance with multi-country, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; drafts & reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law in EMEA.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall ArchLynk growth strategy in EMEA.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Experience in HR functions, including training, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee development, and performance management.
- Experience with HR in multiple EU countries would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS, talent management systems, and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field could be advantageous.
