Role: Support Manager
Location: Remote within the UK with occasional travel for in-person meetings

Salary: £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Since launching in 2017, Mates in Mind has provided much needed support and guidance to employers on how to improve their employees’ mental wellbeing. Working alongside mental health bodies across the UK, Mates in Mind is now growing fast!
We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Support Manager to join the team. The Support Manager will manage the client relationship, understand their key challenges and requirements, in order to create and implement mental health & wellbeing. The Support Manager will work with various people within each client organisation, from HR and health & safety professionals to senior management. Therefore, an ability to engage across all levels within a company is essential.
The successful Support Manager will have:
- A passion and commitment to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
- Proven experience in managing client accounts in a consultative manner
- Experience in managing and responding to inbound enquiries, including writing proposals
- Strong knowledge or work experience of mental health and wellbeing at work
- Strong verbal and communication skills to build firm rapport with clients
- Be self-motivated and creative, with strong attention to detail and good data management skills.
- Experience using CRM preferred.
- Working knowledge of specific industries, e.g. construction, transport and logistics, manufacturing, and/or agriculture, would be an advantage.
