Job Description:

Are you an experienced international recruiter passionate about connecting talented individuals from the EU with rewarding job opportunities? Partner with us to expand your reach and impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and Recruit: Collaborate with Hire Abroad to source and recruit blue-collar workers for Dutch employers.
• Candidate Matching: Use your expertise to identify suitable candidates and match them with job openings.
• Network Building: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels.
• Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• End-to-End Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experiences by guiding them through the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an international recruiter, in blue-collar recruitment.
• Ability to find candidates (EU citizens only) to fulfill employer vacancies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality recruitment services.
