Software Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and guide a diverse technical team consisting of backend developers using Laravel, frontend developers using Angular, and a UX/UI designer. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of technical projects, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met at every stage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management and Development:
• Provide technical and leadership guidance to team members across various specializations.
• Organize regular meetings to assess progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Offer necessary support and training to enhance performance and ensure productive collaboration among team members.
• Project Planning and Management:
• Develop detailed plans including resource allocation, timelines, and task assignments in alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor task execution and provide reports on progress to ensure goals are achieved on time and with the required quality.
• Database Design and Management:
• Oversee the design, creation, and management of databases to support project requirements.
• Address database-related challenges promptly to ensure data integrity, performance, and security.
• AWS Infrastructure and Server Management:
• Manage the AWS server infrastructure, including setup, monitoring, and ensuring security.
• Address technical issues promptly to ensure service continuity and optimize system performance.
• Agile and Jira Methodology Implementation:
• Lead development processes using Agile methodology to achieve project goals with flexibility and efficiency.
• Organize and document tasks using tools like Jira to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements align with project outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive periodic reports on project status, including potential risks and mitigation plans.
• Quality Assurance and Project Delivery:
• Review code and designs to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Oversee testing and delivery processes to ensure the product meets client requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical software projects, with deep knowledge of Laravel, Angular, and database management.
• Experience in designing and managing databases to support software projects.
• Experience in managing AWS servers and implementing necessary updates for security and performance.
• Ability to effectively apply Agile methodology and use project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
