About The Role

At AXA Commercial, we support our business customers, large and small, by making it easy for them to do business with us in the way that suits them. Whether they insure with us via brokers, directly on the phone or online through comparison sites, we’ve got them covered.

Building on our success, a key initiative for the future of AXA Commercial is the development of how we partner with our broker network. Taking a strategic outlook, using innovative, long-term thinking will be essential to shaping mutually beneficial strategies.

What you’ll be doing: As Strategic Relationship Manager, you’ll manage a panel of strategic broker accounts and ensure business alignment between the customer, strategic partner and AXA Commercial’s strategy. Share knowledge of your broker panel with internal colleagues, allowing a joined up, consistent approach.

What’s in it for you:

  • A career that’s as dynamic as the market you work in: You’re perceptive of what our customers and the market wants and can bring that into your work. You’ll take a strategic approach to relationship management, knowing your brokers as well as they know their own businesses.
  • Shape your career one decision at a time: We’re committed to developing talent. We do this with training, mentoring and tailored personal development plans.

At AXA we work smart, this role is non-office based meaning you can predominantly work from home or if in a field based role, you’ll travel to visit offices or client sites as required.
