About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and work on a variety of projects that will not only challenge you but also help you grow. The role will vary over time and will to some extent depend on your skill-set. In this role, you’ll have the chance to work closely with our small super team, who have worked at some of Europe’s fastest scaling tech companies. Some of the activities where you’ll lend a hand include:
- Data analysis and modelling, using common medical standards and best practices
- Translation (English to German) of forms and medical terms according to standard
- Verifying automated translations and ensuring usability/readability
- General research and analysis to support the team in building and launching products (e.g. supporting user training and documentation, collecting feedback for product iteration, competitor research and analysis)
- Helping with the development of our internal ways of working, and optimising our best practices to help us move quickly
- Constantly testing the application
What you need to bring
- Proficient in both English and German
- Ability to solve abstract problems in a logical and thorough manner
- Good communication skills
- Precise, detail oriented and able to work according to best practices
- Enjoy researching, keeping a pragmatic approach
- Reliable and able to work to deadlines
- Adaptable within a potentially changing role, and enjoy new challenges
Nice to have (but not required):
- Knowledge of SNOMED, ICD or OpenEHR
- Knowledge of how medical billing works in Germany
- Work experience as a research assistant, translator or in clinical modelling
