Job Details

Role Overview: As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of Entangle. You will work closely with the executive team to develop our technological roadmap and ensure the successful execution of our product development. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain and crosschain technology, data oracles, and a wide personal experience with the DeFi ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Product Delivery: Oversee the development, and deployment of Entangle’s products and services.

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Security: Ensure the highest standards of security for all products and infrastructure. Implement best practices for smart contract security, auditing, and testing.

Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, including blockchains and DeFi platforms, technology providers, and other DeFi projects, to enhance our offerings.

Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain and DeFi space. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Technical Operations: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, development environments, and production systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse technical team.
• Personal charisma, GTD + positivity.
• Expert knowledge of Solidity.
• 2+ years of Go/Rust/NodeJS.
• Crosschain development experience.
• Solid knowledge of AWS.
• 5+ years in back-end/blockchain development.
• 2+ years with non-EVM blockchains.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of 15+ engineers, including Solidity developers OR 3+ years as a solution architect.
• Experience with external protocols and products such as Uniswap and data oracles.
• Ability to provide recommendations, be OK with background check.
• Personal recent experience in staking/farming/yields, etc.
• Full commitment to work.
