Job Description: As a Senior Freelance Recruiter on the DigitalRecruiter™ App Marketplace, you will have the opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise on a global scale. You’ll work with diverse clients, handle end-to-end recruitment assignments, and build your personal brand as a freelancing consulting recruiter. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to become a recruitment influencer within our platform

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for global assignments across various industries
• Build and manage your own recruitment portfolio, showcasing your expertise and successes
• Provide consulting services to clients, including talent acquisition strategies and sourcing solution
• Collaborate with employers to fulfil their recruitment needs on a freelance basis
• Leverage the platform’s tools to create and promote your personal brand as a recruiter influence
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to provide exceptional service to client

Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of success
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles and industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple assignment
• Interest in building a personal brand and becoming an influencer in the recruitment industry
• Experience working in a global context is a plus, but not required
