About the Role
We are seeking an experienced industry expert to join our sector-focused accelerator program as a freelance coach. This role is designed to provide high-level guidance and support to startups within Energy & Climate.
Hours: 16-30 per week
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to startups every three weeks.
- Conduct 30 to 45-minute calls with each startup,, offering strategic guidance and constructive challenges to their business models and growth strategies. Leverage your industry expertise to help startups navigate their specific sector.
- Introduce startups to relevant contacts within your professional network to facilitate potential partnerships, investments, and collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Energy & Climate.
- Researching and advising on the most innovative and relevant categories/themes within the industry.
- Strong professional network within your industry, with the ability to make valuable introductions.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Based in Europe, with flexibility to conduct remote sessions.
