We’re based in Scotland, and as a fully remote team, we rely on great communication via Slack, Zoom and Asana to ensure we’re on the same page about projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run PPC campaigns ensuring ongoing optimisation.
  • Performance reporting: Generate insightful reports, with actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Keyword research: Identify and target high-performing keywords to ensure ad relevance.
  • Craft compelling ad copy, creative assets and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  • Budget management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximise performance and minimise CPA.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve results.
  • Audience Targeting: Implement effective audience targeting strategies, including remarketing and custom segments.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with our team to ensure cohesive and successful campaign execution.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in Google Ads is essential
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years working in an agency or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
