The Opportunity
As the Enterprise Sales Executive for the Chargeback & Fraud Prevention division, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing the company as a market leader in this critical sector. You’ll be responsible for driving sales of innovative solutions including real-time technology for transmitting crucial purchase data and an automated dispute prevention and resolution tool. This is a unique opportunity to build a sales function from the ground up and drive the growth of a market-leading tech company partnered with Visa, Mastercard, and major issuing and acquiring banks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to position the company as a top chargeback and fraud prevention provider in EU/US markets
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team passionate about solving real-world problems with fintech solutions
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry peers to drive growth and market share
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales goals with product development and company vision
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for the Chargeback & Fraud Prevention division
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years in full cycle Enterprise sales (from prospecting to closing) in Fintech SaaS
- Strong network and relationships within the EU/US tech and startup communities
- Excellent understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention, and chargeback management
- Experience working with anti-fraud products on the market
- Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the EU/US markets
- Strong client-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions
