Job Title: HR Manager (Remote)

Job Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a fully remote environment. They will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and employment cycle changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Staff Hiring:
-Create and post job advertisements.
-Send assessments and conduct interviews.
-Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.
Team Meetings:
-Plan and conduct engaging weekly team meetings.
-Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
Quarterly Team Events:
-Organize and execute fun quarterly team events, including virtual holiday parties and team-building activities.
-Promote team bonding and morale.
Employee Onboarding:
-Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires.
-Ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company culture and understand their roles.
Performance Management:
-Oversee the performance review process.
-Work with department heads to ensure fair and consistent evaluations.
-Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management issues.
Training and Development:
-Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
-Organize training sessions, workshops, and other development activities.
Employee Relations:
-Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
-Maintain a positive employee relations environment.
Compliance and Policies:
-Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
