As a Finance Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link connecting our finance department with various business units. Your role will be pivotal in analysing financial data, spotting trends, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

The Role

You will dive deep into financial data, unravel its complexities, and present your findings in a way that speaks volumes to senior stakeholders. You will forge strong relationships with senior leaders across Totalmobile, ensuring your insights are at the heart of key decisions. Utilising data analytics tools, you will streamline finance processes and reporting, making our operations more efficient and effective. You will also keep our revenue tracking sharp and aligned with business needs, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. Your expertise will be integral to mergers and acquisitions, contributing to these critical business moves, and you will be the go-to person for insightful, on-the-spot financial analysis and reporting.

Skills and Experience

You should be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or have a minimum of 5 years QBE. Advanced Excel skills (including pivots, lookups, and advanced formulas) are a must. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who thrives under pressure and is eager to learn and grow. You should have a strong interest in systems, and continuous improvement, and possess a robust character with the confidence to challenge the status quo. Your ability to analyse large quantities of data effectively, combined with excellent communication skills capable of engaging with individuals at all levels, is essential. M&A experience and familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx are preferred but not essential.
