  • Act as a thought leader for People topics, guiding and challenging senior stakeholders with new ideas and expertise
  • Work with our existing HR and Talent leadership structure on strategies to acquire and retain top talent
  • Design and direct scaling projects across benefits and compensation, L&D and HR optimisation as we double in size over the next ~12mths
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking People strategies for international scale that will integrate smoothly with other departments (eg Finance)
  • Enhance our culture and make Eye a stand-out European start up for employee experience
  • Promote inspirational leadership embodying our values and reinforcing our leadership behaviour framework
  • Effectively communicate and build enthusiasm within Eye about the initiatives and programmes that drive the company’s values

What You Will Need

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience with a significant time in international, geographically distributed scale-ups with a heavy focus on development and innovation
  • Drive, grit and bias to action
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing people strategy
  • Excellent knowledge of HR strategy and commercial insight, recruitment, engagement, cultural change, pay, reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, HR systems and budgets
  • The ability to develop and nurture relationships across the business
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Excited by and thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments

What Do We Offer

  • The role is hybrid with a team primarily based in the Netherlands (the Hague) and a requirement to be in the office on a semi-regular basis and for important company/leadership events
  • Opportunity to grow along with an evolving scale-up (and a budget to support your aspirations and plans)
  • Quarterly team-building events and annual “Eye-cation”
  • Generous compensation package (including stock)
