Marketing Executive

Aquent is seeking a UK-based Marketing Executive to join our UK & EU marketing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Support with the execution of the overall marketing strategy
• Taking ownership of composing and delivering copy and content for content platforms such as email marketing, social media and website presence
• Using the tools available such as Google Analytics and Sprout to report on our content performance
• Working with external suppliers on PR, events and partnerships to help better position our brand
• Support the sales team with sales-enablement utilising marketing generated content
• Liaising with international Aquent marketing teams to share ideas and ensure consistency among the brand
• Be an integral part of the UK & European Marketing team, using your knowledge to help the team develop as a whole
• Work to grow the relationship between Marketing and the wider business, educating the wider business on the importance of marketing and its effects

• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent copywriting skills
• A strong eye for design, with competency in AdobeCC, including PremierePro
• A team player, willing to support the needs of the wider team
• A strong communicator, able to have an open dialogue with team mates
• Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels
• Ability to use and interpret data to draw insights and make sound marketing decisions
• Adaptability, curiosity and a willingness to learn
• Strong time management skills – able to plan efficiently and be truly self-motivated, to produce results in a timely manner.
• Embrace and consistently follow best practice – adopt effective processes to achieve set objectives.
• Natural affinity with the creative, digital and marketing sector – passionate about what we do.
• Positive, supportive, sharing and helpful manner – pitch in when necessary.
• Goal oriented winning mentality – drive and determination to get the job done.
• Receptive to feedback and suggesting ideas – if there is a better way of doing things, let’s find it.
• Previous experience with WordPress or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial
• Fluency in French a distinct advantage
