As a Process Integrity SHEQ Advisor you will be responsible for advising and supporting Greenergy businesses with the proactive management of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Security. This includes supporting department subject matter experts for specific areas as defined in the role including Management Systems (SMS/EMS/QMS/IMS), monitoring and reporting on best practice and changes in legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in and contribute to a variety of Group-level audits, enhancing the overall program.
- Aid in the administration of the Group Audit Plan and bolster SHEQ Management with Group Risk Control.
- Act as a deputy for the Process Integrity Manager.
- Champion Safety Campaigns throughout the company.
- Foster the growth and sustained management of the Crisis Management programme.
- Develop the Legal Compliance Register and assist with the management of Legislation Update Services (LUS).
- Update the Quality Manual and support the corporate ISO9001 initiative by overseeing the internal audit program.
- Evaluate SHEQ Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
- Manage the administration of PI Committee and Team meetings.
- Aid the corporate Management of Change process and oversee Corporate Competency Management.
- Perform all other reasonable tasks to support the Greenergy Process Integrity team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety
- ISO9001 Auditor trained
- Knowledge of ISO9001/14001/45001
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with all levels of the organisation both verbally and in writing.
- UK driving licence will be advantageous.
- Must be willing to undertake regular planned travel to other UK and global Greenergy office and site locations for PI team and other meetings including over night stays.
