Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Section Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and engagement in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives and KPIs.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Develop a content marketing strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other forms of content to engage target audiences.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant content.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online reputation and presence.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the GCC & Software industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
