About You

To be successful in the role you should be able to demonstrate:

  • An experience and enthusiasm for delivering education programmes within the 16 – 19 years learning environment as a tutor, assessor and IQA
  • Experience in managing external relationships with quality organisations. Lead IQA experience is essential
  • A clear and comprehensive understanding of the FE and Skills Ofsted Education Inspection framework
  • An ability to develop and deliver quality improvement plans 

 

About the Role

The role will be expected to lead the quality of our Education provision. This includes the planning and delivery of the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) process and freelance IQA team, the development and management of our Quality Improvement Plan, planning and conducting the observation and assessment process and ensuring that we are fully prepared for external accreditations and inspections such as Ofsted and External Quality Assurance visits.

The role will report to the Quality and Curriculum Manager and work within the Charity’s Quality team delivering excellence across a range of programmes

It is an exciting time for the department with the development of a digital learning offer and expected growth.

The role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis although part-time would be considered and can be discussed at interview. We offer a flexible working pattern which will include occasional weekend working. This position is a remote/hybrid position with travel where required to our central office in London and across our centers in England (travel will be reimbursed).
