WORKING STUDENT SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

Location: Munich, Germany; Berlin, Germany; remote, Germany;

You will work on a diverse range of topics centered around sustainability management and reporting, contributing to key sustainability projects and initiatives at BestSecret.

Your responsibilities

• Support BestSecret’s preparations for the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other sustainability standards and regulations
• Participate in the production of BestSecret’s Sustainability Report, emphasizing our progress, achievements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare materials, such as project-related papers, to facilitate informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team on sustainability-related matters.
• Conduct thorough research on current and emerging trends in sustainability, and share valuable insights and knowledge with the team.
• Take an active role in ongoing sustainability initiatives, assisting developments and implementations that foster BestSecret’s sustainable practices.

About You

• You are in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, or management with your academic record supporting good analytical & communication skills (you must be enrolled in a university program for another year)
• You have gained practical experience through an internship or a working student position e.g. in consulting, project management, or sustainability, and are passionate about sustainability.
• Adept with the MS Office toolkit, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills with very good attention to details
• Excellent communication skills in German (verbal & written)
• Experience in the textile, e-commerce sector, or sustainability is a plus
