We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Business Partner to lead the charge in creating, optimising, and evolving impactful campaigns that elevate our customer experience and drive revenue.
What will you be doing?
As our Marketing Business Partner for HCM, your role includes:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive cross and upsell strategy across all channels to boost engagement and drive sales.
- Crafting and managing customer-focused marketing campaigns to enhance satisfaction, engagement, advocacy, and revenue.
- Curating a regular newsletter to keep customers updated with the latest IRIS news and offerings, utilizing it to identify cross and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Communications Business Partner to create compelling customer case studies and promote them effectively.
- Identifying new opportunities using the IRIS Pathways Finder Tool to expand our market presence.
- Planning and executing tailored events and webinars to deepen customer engagement, improve satisfaction, and foster revenue growth.
- Presenting campaign plans and performance updates in stakeholder meetings, aligning with targets and forecasts.
- Partnering with our creative marketing team to inspire innovation and maximize campaign impact.
- Ensuring all campaign assets meet our premium quality standards and brand guidelines, liaising with internal teams or external suppliers as needed.
- Working closely with Marketing Operations to brief campaigns, gather data for reporting, tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Building strong relationships across sales and marketing teams to streamline lead processing workflows.
What are we looking for?
We’re searching for driven, innovative candidates who bring:
- A proven track record in successfully managing and executing customer-focused marketing campaigns that drive demand and lead generation.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Payroll & HR Software and/or Services (desirable).
To excel in this role, you should also possess:
- The ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, adept at multitasking and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
