This role of Demand Generation Marketing Manager – Northern Europe, will be responsible for the development and execution of acquisition and cross sell campaigns across multiple segments, KPI analysis and reporting, budget management and will partner closely with sales leadership to drive revenue growth in Northern Europe. This role will report to the Director of Field Marketing – Northern Europe.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven B2B marketing professional with an understanding of demand generation metrics and an eye for a great campaign. The salary range for this role is £45,000-£55,000 d.o.e

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign management – develop, execute, and analyze multiple campaigns simultaneously, leveraging the full marketing mix to deliver against pipeline attribution at or above monthly targets
  • Strategy/Development – create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to personas / audiences and sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Messaging – be able to understand the minds of buyers to create authentic conversations and promotions that move them through the funnel and help speed up sales velocity.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – own objectives across the marketing funnel – enquiry to SQL – track and optimize performance at each stage in the funnel and create a predictable demand generation engine. Continually optimize online and offline programs to ensure in line with ROI goals.
  • Stakeholder management – collaborate regularly with a variety of stakeholders including management, sales, marketing, finance and product marketing.
  • Continuous improvement – Always strengthen best practices while evaluating the latest B2B marketing strategies, marketing technologies, experimenting and optimizing different tactics, and consistently meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Analysis – analyze marketing program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to inform decision making.
  • Budget management – be responsible for the demand generation budget and report on ROI.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • You have a proven track record in demand generation, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and are adept at partnering with sales teams to drive leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on B2B experience in inbound and demand generation marketing, including evidence of owning campaign execution, evaluation and optimization
  • Equal strengths in technical (marketing automation program structure) and creative skills (event concepts, email copy, content topics, hosting webinars, etc.)
  • Knowledge of lead nurturing best practices and demand generation metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Hands on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English is a must. Any additional languages, like German, Spanish, French is a plus.
  • Experience working within a matrixed organisation, with cross-functional teams, including Web, Marketing Ops, Field Marketing, Content and Product Marketing is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
