Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting digital marketing programs and campaigns that generate leads and drive the sales pipeline for our most important products and services across a diverse field of business areas, brand and other projects. He or she will be working closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Operations Team.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Our paid online marketing campaigns with a focus on B2B Lead Generation within the Korber group on different paid media channels like Search (Google, Bing), Social (LinkedIn, Facebook), Display and Native Advertising (Outbrain, Taboola) for the regions Europe, Asia, and North and South America.
  • Achieve your KPIs by conducting in-depth analyses of your campaign results, derive learnings from your analyses and conduct experiments based on hypotheses
  • Support the content marketing and project management team with campaign reporting and insights
  • Understand our target groups and have an overarching view on all single touchpoints of the customer journey.
  • Contribute to the marketing objectives by optimizing the campaign performance and ROI
  • Inspire with new ideas to reach our target group
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager Team and help to build a high performing marketing center of excellence for the Körber group
  • Report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and the VP of Marketing

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of operational experience in performance marketing, especially in lead generation
  • Advanced knowledge of online advertising platforms, CRM Tools, and analytics tools for online channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and solve problems autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, result-oriented, and customer-oriented
  • Worked in cross-functional teams before
  • A plus: experience working in an agency environment and/or a digital transformation unit and/or in the B2B area
  • Verbal & written fluency in English mandatory.
