Commercial Manager (Contract Management)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

£45,000 – £55,000 dependant on experience + Car/Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits

NG Bailey IT Services have a brilliant opportunity for a Commercial Manager (Contracts Management) to join the team due to the growth of our Telecommunications business.

Reporting to the IT Services Senior Commercial Manager, this role will form part of the Commercial Team providing support to the IT Services business and will be focused on both pre-and post Contract activities – supporting drafting and negotiation of agreements to enable the business to sell specific services to clients.

The role will also support the agreement of contractual arrangements with clients and agreements with our Supply Chain

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Draft bespoke agreements e.g., Call Off Contracts for service provision to clients.
  • Review and negotiate supply agreements in support of procurement.
  • Review client contractual documentation in support of tendering activities e.g., Framework Terms, Call Off Terms
  • Review partner terms e.g., Reseller Terms, flow down of end user terms.
  • On contract award focus on the negotiation of the final contract agreement with clients and Supply Chain
  • Draft change control agreements
  • Work with the work winning team to review the tenders received and advise on the contracts and the potential areas to be considered in tender submissions & quotations, including pricing, SLA & KPI’s and rebate models.
  • On contract award, negotiate final contracts in line with the Group legal and commercial principles
  • Hand over the contract into operational delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial objectives and contract delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Promote good commercial practice and adherence to internal governance process and procedure.
  • Participate and support in monthly performance reporting meetings and contract reviews.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for candidates with Commercial Contracts experience, who love what they do and can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience within an IT/Telecommunications organisation
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical skills
  • Understanding of commercial and contractual framework agreements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
