As the Operations Manager at APS Intelligence, you will oversee and enhance operational efficiency, taking a lead role in ensuring organisational effectiveness, data protection, and legal compliance 

This is a remote-first role, however occasional travel for work and in-person meetings will be required. We operate in an ‘all-hands-on-deck’ capacity, and collaboration, be it problem-solving or developing new IP, is led by sub-teams 

Primary Role Responsibilities: 

• Operations, Delivery, and Product Management: Design processes, track metrics, and oversee service delivery and product development.  
• Governance, Compliance, Risk, and Legal: Lead efforts in data privacy, cybersecurity, and record management. Manage insurance, health and safety compliance, and develop risk mitigation strategies. 
• IT and Systems: Oversee IT policies, M365 architecture, and system access. Manage outsourced IT support and ensure data protection in solutions. 
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contract management.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday.

• £50-£55,000 gross salary depending on experience

Location: As we regularly gather in teams or as a whole company, a UK location is required.
