The role

To develop and deliver engaging and immersive learning Project Management courses/events/programmes in our degree apprenticeships division, whilst building positive relationships and sharing expertise internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality learning interventions to learners at all levels in a variety of settings i.e.: Classroom, Virtual and Attend from Anywhere.
• Positive ambassador for QA; performs to QA’s expected reputation for excellence and innovation.
• Deliver learning and provide knowledge in more than one specialist area
• Author content, working alongside the Design/Content team, including the development of digital learning assets
• Present to camera – including live sessions and the creation video content
• Act as a facilitator during learning interventions including coaching of cohorts
• Deliver immersive learning experiences, ensuring engagement through the use of collaboration tools
• Contribute to business success by identifying and proactively pursuing opportunities for improvement, supporting the Sales team with specialist knowledge where required
• Customisation of learning topics or programmes
• Contribute to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement

Your Skills And Qualifications

• Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMQ or equivalent)
• Project Management industry experience required
• Exposure to and experience in teaching delivery in an educational setting
