As the Product Marketing Fintech Writer, you will play a pivotal role, demystifying the complexities of financial technology, translating intricate concepts into clear, and engaging narratives that resonate with audiences who may find the subject complex.

You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing – Fintech, partnering with Product Marketing Managers bringing the go-to-market strategies to life, partnering on positioning, enablement materials and multi-channel messaging – to drive the adoption of Mews’ financial solutions.

You will be instrumental in positioning our fintech solutions within the broader Mews SaaS offering, crafting integrated messaging and storytelling that is accessible to all. This role is essential in fostering understanding, and inspiring confidence in the use of our fintech products.

In this newly established role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape its trajectory. Collaborating cross-functionally with Mewsers, especially other specialist copywriters, you will be a champion for compelling fintech content that illuminates the benefits and possibilities in this exciting domain.

Moreover, you’ll use your fintech writing expertise to help us deliver against our ambitious targets. Challenging? 100%. Fun? You bet!

Creative Leadership & Collaboration

  • Develop compelling value narratives for our fintech solutions portfolio, upholding GTM positioning, and brand architecture.
  • Write from micro-copy through to long such as product video scripts, battle cards, training materials, presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
  • Elevate our message through creative brilliance, reviewing and refining content to align with both our brand voice and stakeholder feedback. Striking the perfect balance by navigating customer needs, business goals, and compliance.
  • Be the go-to contact for product marketing, product content and enablement in the creation of impactful fintech content for our customers and colleagues.
  • Partner with the SaaS Content Writer, to ensure cohesion of multi-product messaging.
  • Support Demand Generation and PR in the compilation of communications that includes fintech solutions.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Interpret marketing briefs and objectives into compelling copy that communicates key messages and value propositions effectively.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for communications.
  • Simplify the complex with content that is personalized and effective in driving product adoption.
  • Leverage customer insights, market research and industry intelligence to drive compelling communications creation and innovative practices.
  • Innovate relentlessly by always seeking more efficient methods to evolve best practise, ensuring effective communications for our customers.
  • Build communications tailored to key segments and personas, utilising comprehensive user testing, A/B and multivariate testing.
