Overview:
The Senior Product Manager Terminal & Gateway will work as part of the Product team and will be responsible for owning and managing the E2E product proposition for Terminal and Gateway payments.
The DNA terminal solution is a state-of-the-art PED solution enabled through DNA’s own Terminal software Axept PRO. The terminal solution connects into the DNA Gateway, which in turns unifies platforms & channels, manages tokenization, drives our Terminal Management System and integrates to multiple acquiring partners.
The key aims of the role are as follows:
- Drive product improvement to help position our Terminal & Gateway payment solutions as market leading across targeted segments and selling channels.
- Own the product roadmap and change management requests for all matters relating to the Terminal & Gateway product proposition including Axept Pro and our Terminal Management System.
- Work closely with commercial, technical, Marketing and Operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of all relevant Terminal & Gateway product features.
Day to day you will
- Aligned to the business growth strategy, take ownership and maintain the Terminal & Gateway product roadmap, with clearly defined prioritization of relevant new product features.
- Take ownership for all new change management requests related to the Terminal & Gateway product suite, ensuring alignment to roadmap, business case credibility and assessment of technical delivery impact.
- In collaboration with product owners and business analysts ensure that technical delivery teams are provided with clear requirements for new product builds.
- Manage the go to market launch of new Terminal & Gateway products ensuring sales and operational teams have clarity on relevant product details.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to ensure we are showcasing our product propositions through relevant channels and collateral.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the market requirements, segment innovation and competitor offerings. Where relevant attend industry events to showcase our product offerings and gain deeper industry insight.
- Work closely with commercial leads, partners and key customers in formatting new product features relevant to our commercial growth and business retention.
- Hold regular review meetings with Operational team leads to understand where product improvements can be made to help drive efficiencies in our process.
About you. Proven skills:
- Proven experience working for a payment provider in a Product Management role.
- A strong understanding of Terminal and Gateway payments across segments
- A proven skill set in defining product requirements for technology teams.
- A commercially driven mindset to managing product roadmaps and change requests.
- Experience in taking completed products to market and managing relevant dependencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking skills
Reporting: You will report to: Group Head of Product
Location: Hybrid-remote, please be ready to visit our London when required
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000
