Where you come in:

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with a specialisation in machine learning and extensive experience working with AI models. The ideal candidate will play an important role in advancing our analytics capabilities, driving insights, and developing innovative solutions to propel our business forward. This role can be based in London (flexible / hybrid) or Remote (UK) however applicants must have a current valid right to live and work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Data Scientist you will be accountable for the following:

• Developing and implementing machine learning models to solve complex business problems and optimise processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance products, services, and operations.
• Designing and executing experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.
• Staying abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning techniques, algorithms, and tools, particularly those offered by Google.
• Communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

Qualifications/Experience:

As Senior Data Scientist you will require the following:

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of applying machine learning techniques to real-world business problems, with a focus on predictive modelling, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
• Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud.
• Strong programming skills in Python, along with proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Can demonstrate solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, with the ability to design and interpret experiments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
