About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure top-tier service delivery across all HR practice areas.
- Develop and implement efficient HR processes in collaboration with the Head of HR.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Lead and participate in HR projects that add value to the business and improve the employee experience.
- Foster strong relationships with line managers, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
- Train and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and development programs.
- Lead and participate in HR initiatives and change projects aligned with the People strategy.
About you
- Ideally, 5 years of professional HR experience with similar responsibilities.
- Proven experience in HR operational activities.
- Comfortable with both hands-on operational delivery and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to translate HR and business strategies into operational activities.
- Enthusiastic about identifying and implementing new HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Robust HR generalist experience and employee relations case management.
- Skilled in delivering coaching and training to managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships.
- High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Professional, approachable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting HR data.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas.
