What to expect:
We are a leading IT company seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with proven expertise in Salesforce’s Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot). The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge of this tool to create emails, drip campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automations for user tracking and to support the global marketing team’s lead generation efforts.
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, using Salesforce Cloud Account Engagement.
- Create and manage forms and landing pages to capture and nurture leads.
- Build and optimise marketing automation workflows and user tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to support lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in defining lead generation and management processes within the CRM, ensuring efficient handling of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Participate in the conceptual development of dashboards to provide clear visibility of marketing campaign performance.
- Maintain organisation and demonstrate an analytical mindset in all tasks.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and image editing is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to generate detailed performance reports and insights.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is highly advantageous, as the role will involve significant input in the definition and management of lead generation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
- Excellent communication skills.
