Job Description

Are you ready to make a big impact in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a savvy and dynamic Growth Marketer & Demand Generation specialist to join our team and help drive our growth initiatives to new heights.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead targeted demand generation campaigns across all markets and segments, working closely with channel owners and marketing leads.
  • Utilize data insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI across various marketing channels.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including online marketing, events, email, webinars, and more.
  • Act as the central project manager for end-to-end campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery.
  • Take ownership of campaign success and failure, driving results and holding yourself accountable.
  • Measure campaign success based on opportunities and pipeline volume, while providing timely reporting and analysis.

What we’re looking for…

  • 5+ years of multi-channel B2B marketing experience.
  • Proven success in demand generation for both new business and existing customers within a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing engaging marketing programs targeting enterprise and midmarket segments.
  • Proficiency in leveraging various channels and tactics, including digital marketing, webinars, social media, and account-based marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, and experience collaborating with BDR teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude, coupled with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives.
