Position Summary

The Field Marketing Coordinator will deploy the regional marketing strategy in line with the business objectives for EMEA. You’ll assume the responsibility for brand management and corporate identity in the region, generate interest, drive pipeline build, enable sales and accelerate/influence existing opportunities.

The Field Marketing Coordinator will utilize corporate marketing capabilities and engage closely with the in-region EMEA team to roll out marketing campaigns, as well as strategize and execute field-marketing programs. This position will report to the Sr Marketing Manager, EMEA North

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Execution of the marketing plan in UAE/GCC
  • Drive and implement the optimal mix of marketing programs; identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to action for the region
  • Work closely with Corp PR team & local distribution houses to coordinate media/analyst activities
  • Manage and execute all logistics for marketing events and conferences in the region
  • Execute field marketing programs such as RSI executive briefings, seminars,
  • client/prospect dinners, live/on-demand webinars
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to roll out campaigns and lead nurturing for the region
  • Source and manage local vendors for marketing program execution including direct mail
  • Manage local translations and the translation agency, ensuring the best quality of work
  • Support Global Client Engagement with regional user groups & program deliverables
  • Provide guidance on marketing messages and material, website, campaign concept and creative development to ensure effectiveness for the region
  • Facilitate and track lead distribution and follow up activities with the SDR and Sales teams
  • Analyze, track and measure campaigns; report metrics and overall ROI to internal stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, SOW (scope of work) / budget
  • Monitor and report effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Work with Sales to build target account lists based on data/intelligence
  • Understand marketing automation technologies across the entire lead nurturing process
  • Build client relationship and support client marketing effort to improve retention and upsell

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; in marketing or communications preferred
  • CIM or other industry body beneficial

Skills & Experience

  • Depth of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within software / IT services sector
  • In depth knowledge of the French market and third- party vendors/agencies to partner with
  • Previous field marketing responsibility for EMEA, specifically UAE/GCC is essential
  • Ability to track, measure, analyze and communicate metrics essential
  • Knowledge of Marketing into the SAP/Oracle ERP market in France is desirable
  • Knowledge and familiarity with key sales and marketing platforms essential; salesforce and marketo specifically, Qlik is desirable
  • Highly self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment
  • Tenacious problem solver with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
  • Creative marketer with strong written, editing and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail with an ability to meet tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work with executive management, customers, media plus internal/external stakeholders
  • Demonstrative lead generation results that translate into sales revenue
  • Understand how to leverage technology in marketing processes, including marketing automation, SFDC, Marketo, Qlik, Data Management, Adobe creative suite, Microsoft Office and similar tool
